Move Outlook Emails
With the Outlook Add-In for MARIProject, you can simply move emails to a project, a support ticket or the inbox book.
Every day, your Outlook inbox receives numerous emails from your business partners with a wide variety of content: Invoices, sales quotations, requests, information or error messages / complaints.
With every email, the same amount of work is involved: You have to look for a place to move the email to or copy it into or whatever.
The MARI Outlook Add-In makes it possible to assign emails to a ticket quickly and easily.
Let’s have a look at 3 examples:
1) Email with Invoice sent to AccountingYour customer, Kevin Miller, sends you an invoice by email. In Outlook, you can use the MARI Outlook Add-In to open MARIProject via the -> To Inbox Book button. In the MARIProject dialog window, select your inbox book. The email with the attached invoice is then added to the inbox book and optionally deleted in Outlook. The email with the A/P invoice is then automatically processed further in the MARIProject inbox book.

The customer Michael Morris frequently sends you emails with questions about the current project.
You can use the -> To Folder button to open MARIProject with a dialog box in which you select the project. The email is then added to the project folder and optionally deleted in Outlook.
As a result, you have access to all your customer’s questions about the project in one place.
3) Error Message sent to Support
The customer Chris Brown describes a bug in one of your software solutions in his email.
In the MARI Outlook Add-In, you can use the -> To Support button to open a MARIProject dialog box in which you can assign a support ticket or create a new ticket.
In this way, you can quickly assign your customers’ emails to a support ticket and no longer have to search for them in Outlook.
