Process outline for MARIProject and SAP Business One projects
At the beginning of a project, we advise you in detail on the use of our software solutions in your company. Based on many years of experience, we can quickly make realistic suggestions on how to solve upcoming tasks with our software.
When implementing SAP Business One and MARIProject in your company, we use SAP’s proven AIM method (Accelerated Implementation Method):
- In the “Project Preparation” phase, we check the prerequisites, technical as well as human resources, etc.
- In the second step, called “Business Blueprint”, we analyse business processes in your company that are to be implemented by software.
- In the “Project Realisation” phase, we implement the software, following the prerequisites and agreements of the Business Blueprint phase.
- Before going live, we work on the remaining open points, plan the system change and support processes. We also test backup and recovery procedures.
- In the final phase called “Go-Live and Support“, we clarify the last open points with you, manage the transition and explain the new procedure to all parties involved.
Because we document the results in each project phase, the procedure is always transparent.
