MARIProject 7.8 is available

Version 7.8 of MARIProject, the project management solution for SAP Business One, comes with the following new features:

• Project Phases
  In the project phases, the “Duration“ column now either shows the offset or the number of working days. In addition, the predecessor relationship “Start-to-Finish” can be deactivated.
• GANTT View
  In the GANTT view, phase nodes are now displayed in bold and their bars in black. In addition, if a phase node itself does not have a start and end date, it is now possible to calculate a date from the “children” and mark it as a black triangle.
• Production
  In the project-related production, a partial quantity can now be reported ready and placed in the warehouse.
• Support Tickets
  When you create an appointment or Teams appointment in a support ticket, additional users (email addresses) can now be invited.
  It is possible to create appointments in the name of a colleague.
  In addition, emails that you import from the Outlook Add-In can be automatically deleted from the inbox.
• Service Tasks
  It is now possible to link service tasks to a maintenance position in the contract. This is also available for customer service objects and equipment. The maintenance period from the maintenance position is then displayed in the service task. When creating service plans, you can set the suggested planned date at the end of the respective cycle.
• Web Client
  The MARIProject Web Client now also includes the following functions:
  – Accounting Wizard for the internal distribution of services
  – Creation and setting of saved searches
  – Overview of service jobs, starting service jobs
  – Setting Service Level Agreements
  – Create business years
  – Wizard for the conversion of a stock transfer order in a goods issue.
• Administration in the Web Client
  If a MARIProject user is assigned to all user groups and is therefore the system administrator, they can access many administration functions both from the main program and the Web Client.
• SAP Business One Documents
  The display of documents in MARIProject now resembles the display in SAP Business One. This display is also available in the Web Client.
• Inbox Book / XInvoice
  The inbox book is used for the automated processing of documents. It is possible to generate A/R invoices as XInvoice in UBL format. In addition, you can now display incoming XInvoices and there is an extended setting for the sources to describe the sender.
• Insert General Terms and Conditions in Documents
  With MARIProject 7.8, you can store a PDF file with your general terms and conditions in MARIProject and send it to your customer as an attachment or embedded in the invoice.
