Electronic A/R invoice with integrated documents

When it comes to billing, customers often require documents, for example for hours worked, travel expenses or items purchased for the project. Nowadays, it is quite easy to scan or photograph original documents and thus digitise them. The digitised documents can then be integrated or attached to the electronic A/R invoice.

A/R invoice with MARIProject

With MARIProject, you can simply upload digitised documents to your project folder. This procedure has two advantages: First, you always have access to the costs in your project. In addition, you have laid the foundation for integrating digitised documents into A/R invoices. After you have made a few basic settings, the integration into A/R invoices takes place automatically.

Filing structure for digitised documents

A note in this context: You should define a structure for filing digitised documents in advance. The filing structure must fit the needs of your company and depends, among other things, on which employees need access to the files. For file storage you can use the MARIProject folder, SharePoint or a document management system such as ELO or CKS. Our MARINGO consultants will be happy to advise you on this matter.
