New MARIProject version 7.3

New Production module

The Production module is one of the key features of the new version. MARIProject, the project software for SAP Business One now allows to produce individual items as part of projects. The working time for an installation can be recorded on the move, via a Kiosk or the Web Client using an automatic start/stop function or the familiar time sheet entry function. The costs for the recorded service are automatically allocated to the new item. The material consumed is also allocated to the new item. In addition, as part of inventory management, a wizard takes care of posting the manual or backflush withdrawal of individual items from the warehouse and adding the new item to the desired warehouse.

MARIProject teams based on MS Teams

The new version comes with the option to create a team in MARIProject based on Microsoft Teams. Members of this team have access to the SharePoint library in the background.

Further features and enhancements of the new version include:

  • The wizard for the creation of contract BOMs has been extended.
  • The Web Client has been extended by a number of features, such as material requirements requests, quality processes, checklists, customer service objects and a planning wizard for project teams.
  • The Mobile Client now provides the option to upload a photo of the current user.
