Complete plant maintenance in one system

Service technicians need a lot of information for professional plant maintenance. This includes technical data as well as contact persons at the manufacturer as well as at the customer. With a separate maintenance or repair software, this data must first be recorded before technicians can begin their work. The integrated project software MARIProject for SAP Business One has a Service Desk that allows you to easily plan, perform, document, bill and evaluate maintenance.

Technical details and contact persons are stored for plant maintenance

MARIProject supports the project-oriented construction of all types of plants in the sense of a one-off production (Engineer to Order). If the plant was realised with the project software, all information about location, components, items, consumption, etc. is stored. In addition, both the colleagues involved and contact persons are stored at the customer. This means that the service employees can start maintenance planning directly. In addition, the employees do not need to get acquainted with a new solution and the data recorded during maintenance can be reused for the purpose of plant optimisation.

One Service Desk for planning, processing, billing and analysis

In the Service Desk of MARIProject, the service team schedules an appointment for the technician. It equips the service truck with the appropriate spare parts. The service technician views the planned task on his tablet. The customer’s location and contact data are immediately available. This enables the technician to carry out the planned task at the location, document the item consumption and record his working time. Finally, he can hand over his tablet with the service log to the customer for signature.

After approval of the customer and manager, the employees in the back office proceed with maintenance billing. The project team evaluates the data for further development without having to transfer data to other systems.
