Customer relationship management

Opportunity Management provides the details of a sales project at a glance: from identifying the lead, providing sales quotations and presentations to closing the sale. Opportunities can be analysed, for example, by potential, source, area or revenues.
Sales quotations are created with a few mouse clicks and can be converted quickly into sales orders. Because information is lined with the warehouse, goods can be delivered quickly. Already when ordering, you know what items are available in stock or if there are possible delivery shortages. With each sales order, posting is made in the warehouse so that always the up-to-date stock is stored. Also the documents associated with the delivery can be created automatically. All journal entries are effected in the background. Graphical overviews allow you to keep track of the entire sales process.
SAP Customer Checkout
Cash and credit card payments, transactions and billing: SAP Customer Checkout supports all common payment methods. In addition, the cash register can be easily linked with an SAP ERP system, such as SAP Business One, to extend functionality. At wrap-up time, the solution produces a detailed overview of the balance of cash, card payments and vouchers. Possible differences are easy to detect, investigate and trace. SAP Customer Checkout can be used as a standalone solution. However, its special advantages really come into play when combined with the SAP Business One ERP system. Transactions are transmitted directly to warehouse management and accounting. This allows analysing customer or product data.
Reports & dashboards
Many dashboards like the opportunity pipeline, operative margin, top 10 customers, cash flow prognosis etc. are already included in SAP Business One. The graphical processing of numerical data facilitates the overview and important relationships can be detected more quickly. The individual reports and dashboards help you identify weak points as well as new potentials in your business.
In addition to the standard reports, SAP Crystal Reports, SAP Lumira or SAP HANA enable to create individual dynamic reports and dashboards.
