Working time, services and travel expenses for projects can be tracked by employees on the go via internet or smartphone. Project managers approve the entered data either completely or in part, making them available for reimbursement to the employee or billing to the customer. Individually defined approval processes can also be handled on the go, without slowing down the workflow.
MARIProject supports all common project billing methods: fixed price, time and material basis, partial invoice or payment claim. Commission is also covered. All entered data is automatically taken into account – no more lost time sheets. Due to this fact alone, the expenditure pays off quite quickly.
More than 200 evaluations are included by default, such as the percentage of completion of a project or a planned/actual hours comparison. What is more, you can define individual reports and dashboards. Get results at the touch of a button and keep track of your project status.
